1. Encouraging schools to set up libraries
After our survey our education team realized that education can be enhanced by setting up libraries in schools so as to provide children with a variety of materials to study by donating text books to schools so that the children can be able to identify what they are been thought in schools by their teachers and have access to a variety of materials to study. so we decided to go in for books that are illustrated with images especially the ones around their environment so that after class they can be able to study or identify that which they were thought.

2.Chart Per Child

The Cameroon government has put in place the new competence based approach system of education which demands of leaning to be more practical and visual. In this system of education, didactic materials are indispensable especially when dealing with kids. The use of drawings and other visual materials can go a long way to help kids as they will learn through identification. so we adopted the production and distribution of visual charts with pictures to help children to easily learn language.

3. MY CLEAN HAIR PROJECT
Bui Division in Cameroon is made up of a population of almost 500 000 People, with more than 30% being under the age of 16. Most of the communities live in rural areas with farming as their main activity. Children growing up and attending school in such communities often face illnesses such as hair fungi (Hair Disorder), diarrhea and dandraw, due to improper sanitation practice. As an organization that specializes in childhood walfare, and understanding the importance of proper sanitation to the development of the child, we have brought up an initiative to promote cleanliness and proper hygiene practice amongst pupils of select schools.

4. LEARN TO READ AND WRITE
Almost all school children have been and are still taught using "sight reading"sight Reading means that students are expected to memorise word shapes. But an average person will have more than 100,000 words in their vocabulary, and it is impossible to memorise 100,000 word-shapes.
Sight Reading means you read slowly - you concentrate so much on the words that you lose the meaning. It means there are thousands of words you don't recognise, so you guess what the words mean. It means, after reading a paragraph, you can't remember the beginning, and you can't answer simple questions about the meaning. And your spelling is not accurate.
As a result of this We have adopted the phonics method of teaching.
What Phonics does
Phonics is a system, invented many years ago, that allows a reader to "sound out" words, so that you can recognise them from a word in your vocabulary. It is highly effective, because when you "sound out" an unknown word, you can almost instantly recognise it from your vocabulary (you don't sound every word - just the ones you don't recognise).
This process is called "decoding", and it allows you to decode and recognise more than 95% of English words.
Regardless of whether you are 50 years old, or five years old, you need to "decode" the text to read properly. After a while, repetitive words become instantly recognised, and it is only the less frequent, longer words that you need to decode.
