Awarding headteachers at Tumbaw was an initiative of Muutos Foundation International to encourage headteachers that are hardworking so that they will continue to work hard and to cause teachers who were not working hard to be hardworking so that the literacy rate in our area and country can be advanced. this award was donated to five of them and the smiles on their faces indicated that they enjoyed the "show".
